Greten says:I’m not familiar with the bus routes coming from Baguio but most of the bus stations in Metro Manila heading to the north Luzon is situated in EDSA Cubao area.
Assuming that the bus that you will be boarding at Baguio will arrive at one of these bus stations, please board a city bus (non-provincial) along EDSA on the south bound side. You will know them from the stickers A, B, and C in front. These stickers indicate the bus stops they are allowed to stop. Board a bus with sticker B and ask the driver or the conductor to drop you in front of POEA. Galleria is just in front of POEA and there’s a footbridge connecting them.

Greten says:Depending on where you are in Taft Avenue. If you’re from Pasay Rotonda, you can ride MRT southbound, alight at MRT Ortigas Station, and go down to the sidewalk besides Poveda and walk due north. This building and Poveda are on the same side of EDSA.
