Alphaland Southgate Tower is a high-rise building located in Makati City. Developed by Alphaland Corporation, this tower is primarily used for office space. It is a PEZA-accredited building, which means it meets the requirements set by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority for businesses operating within its premises.
The building is a rectangular prism structure with a depth greater than its frontage width. It has a facade of blue glass panels. Parts of its exterior are covered with billboards.
Alphaland Southgate Tower stands along EDSA near the corner of Chino Roces Avenue Extension and on the same side as Dasmariñas Village, with the adjacent Southgate Mall on the actual corner. You can reach Southgate Tower using the jeepneys traversing Chino Roses and the buses traversing EDSA. The MRT Line 3 Magallanes Station has a connecting footbridge to Alphaland Southgate Mall, through which you can enter Alphaland Southgate Tower. If you’re bringing your own car, the access to its parking space, which is the same as that of the mall, is on Chino Roces Avenue.
