The Zuellig Building is a skyscraper that serves as an office space. It was developed by Bridgebury Realty Corporation and constructed by Leighton Philippines. It is managed by CBRE Group, Inc. and owned by the Zuellig Group. Its typical floor plate ranges from 1,872 to 1,942 square meters. In terms of environmental sustainability, the building has achieved a Platinum certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Notably, in December 2012, the Zuellig Building received the People’s Choice Award and a Bronze award for Best in Office and Business Development at the MIPIM Asia Awards, standing as the only contender from the Philippines.
The architectural design was provided by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in collaboration with W.V. Coscolluela and Associates. Its shape can be described as two vertical rectangular prism blocks put side-by-side, with one block being taller than the other. Its exterior is mostly a highly reflective glass that mirrors the surrounding environment.
Situated at the corner of Paseo De Roxas and Makati Avenue, the Zuellig Building stands across the northern tip of Ayala Triangle Gardens. To reach it by commuting, board a jeepney that traverses Gil Puyat Ave. Alight at the corner of Gil Puyat and Makati Avenue. Then, walk 400 meters southward along Makati Avenue until you arrive at its intersection with Paseo De Roxas, where the Zuellig Building is situated. If you’re bringing your own car, the entrance to the building’s parking space is at the back along Apartment Ridge Road.
