LKG Tower

LKG Tower is a skyscraper primarily used as an office building developed by ICEC Land Corporation. It was constructed by D.M. Consunji, Inc. using concrete as structural material.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Recio+Casas Architects, the building is characterized by its verticality, accentuated by long lines of windows that provide ample natural light to the interior spaces. Its facade is made of aluminum and glass, arranged in a curtain wall system. Its exterior is adorned with horizontal bands that add texture and visual interest to the overall design.

Situated along Ayala Avenue midway between H. V. Dela Costa and V. A. Rufino Streets, you can commute to LK Tower using jeepneys that pass through Ayala Avenue. Alight at the unloading zone between Paseo De Roxas and V.A. Rufino St. Walk along Ayala Avenue towards V.A. Rufino St. and use the pedestrian underpass to go to its exit in front of the SLC Building. From the SLC Building, walk due northwest towards H.V. Dela Costa. You will eventually see LKG Tower on your right side. If you’re taking your own vehicle, the parking space of LKG Tower is accessible at the back through Valero Access Road 4.
