Richville Place stands as a towering residential condominium, a significant addition to the city’s skyline. Standing along Lacson Avenue near its intersection with Dapitan street, you can get to Richville Place by taking any jeepney traveling along España Boulevard and disembark at the junction of España and Lacson Ave. From there, head northwest on Lacson Avenue until you reach Dapitan St. For convenience, you can also hire a pedicab at the corner to take you to Dapitan. If you’re coming from Taft Avenue, you can also look for jeepneys bearing the “Dapitan” or “UST” signage. These jeepneys will get you directly to Dapitan St., allowing you to bypass España. Once you get off at Lacson St., simply walk in the direction of Richville Place.
