Solaris One

Solaris One is a high-rise building primarily used as an office space. Developed by Ayala Land Offices, it is PEZA accredited, which is beneficial for businesses. The gross leasable area of the building is approximately 46,626.57 square meters, with a typical floor plate of 2,800 square meters. For convenience, the building is equipped with 16 passenger elevators and offers 671 parking slots.

The building was designed by Aidea Philippines Inc. Its external walls are predominantly light-colored, made of concrete, and interspersed with green glass panels. The windows are rectangular and arranged in a grid pattern across the entire facade, giving the building a symmetrical appearance. On top of the building, there is an additional structure that extends above the main roofline, featuring vertical lines and open spaces that create a visually interesting contrast to the grid-like pattern on the main body of the building.

Solaris One is located along Dela Rosa Street, opposite the T-junction with Esteban. To commute there, take a Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) that goes along Ayala Avenue. Get off at the unloading zone between Paseo De Roxas and V.A. Rufino St. From there, walk towards the corner of Ayala and V.A. Rufino, then head south along V.A. Rufino. Use the pedestrian underpass if necessary. Turn right onto Dela Rosa St. After a short walk, you’ll find Solaris One on your right. If you’re driving, the entrance to the parking area is accessible through Dela Rosa Access Road, located on the side of the building.
