PRC Tower

PRC Tower is a high-rise building owned by Philippine Red Cross and is primarily used as its office space. The building was known as The Professional Tower, occupied by The Professional Group Plans Corporation. In 2015, it was acquired by the Philippine Red Cross and has since been known as PRC Tower.

The building has a simple blocky appearance with a frontage width lesser than its depth. The front of the building has an exterior of green glass panels, while its side has gray concrete. The first two floors are recessed with visible cylindrical columns on the sides. The top of the building also has a recessed concrete wall, which is merely an enclosure of some pieces of machinery on the roof deck, making the nonrecessed top of the building the actual rooftop.

Despite what is said to its address, a Caltex gasoline station occupies the actual corner of EDSA and Boni Avenue. PRC Tower stands south of and adjacent to this gasoline station. You can reach PRC Tower using MRT Line 3 or the buses plying EDSA and then deboard at Boni. Jeepneys along Boni Avenue travel all the way to EDSA, from where you can deboard and walk towards PRC Tower. If you’re taking your own car, the entrance to the basement parking space is along EDSA. There are also open parking spaces on its side and back at Apo and Pinatubo streets.
