Tektite Towers, also known as PSE Tektite Towers and formerly as Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, is a high-rise office building comprised of two towers made of concrete. It was developed by the Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation. Each tower has a typical floor plate of 2,300 square meters, a gross floor area of 87,400 square meters, and a gross leasable area of 73,225 square meters. The towers are joined by a smaller low-rise structure that contains its main entrance and lobby.
The building was designed in the international style with a curtain wall facade system. Its exterior is made of white concrete and blue glass panels. Each face of an individual tower has the lower floors covered entirely with white concrete that’s reduced into smaller sections at the center as the floor number goes higher. At the same time, the blue glass panels are found at the top corners and as small square windows on the white concrete wall. Each tower has a helipad on the roof deck.
Tektite Towers stands at the corner of Exchange Road and Pearl Drive. To reach the building, board one of those jeepneys plying Meralco Avenue and alight in front of The Renaissance Centre. Then, walk towards Tektite Towers. If you must cross Meralco Avenue, you can cross it under the flyover bridge near Exchange Road. If you have a car, both towers have an entrance to the parking space facing Exchange Road.
