Two E-com Center is a high-rise PEZA-accredited building within the Mall of Asia Complex. Used mainly as an office and shop, the building has a gross floor area of 107,854 square meters and a gross leasable area of 71,689.13 square meters. The building’s typical floor plates measure 5,000 square meters, providing ample business space.
The building has a very unusual design. On top of its podium levels are two towers. However, these towers are joined at the top. Below the joint part, the walls of the towers are oblique, making the building look like giant shorts. The facade is mainly black and white, with the black parts covered in glass. In contrast, the white parts have concrete walls and square glass windows that are distributed evenly on the building’s surface.
Two E-com Center occupies the entire block enclosed by Harbor Drive, Palm Coast Ave., Ocean Drive, and Bayshore Ave. The best public transport to reach it is through buses traversing the roundabout in front of SM Mall of Asia. Another option are those jeepneys traversing Diokno Boulevard and Macapagap Avenue.
