Tower 6789, also known as Makati Tower and formerly Alphaland Makati Tower, is a commercial skyscraper primarily used for office space. The building was developed by Alphaland Corporation. It has floor plates ranging from 1,100 to 1,600 square meters, a gross floor area of 48,000 square meters, and a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters.
The building is designed by Wong & Ouyang, Ltd. It has a facade made of glass panels. Its structure is an almost rectangular prism if not for the protrusion on the middle front near the top that gradually flattens down the levels. There is also a similar protrusion at the back of the building.
Tower 6789 stands on the northbound side of Ayala Ave. midway between Paseo De Roxas Ave. and V.A. Rufino St. It is accessible through the buses, jeepneys, and UV Express vehicles traversing Ayala Avenue, with its front being an unloading zone.
