The Columns Ayala Avenue is a modern high-rise building developed by Alveo Land. It is made of concrete and is primarily used for residential purposes.
Designed in the modernist architectural style, The Columns Ayala Avenue comprises three identical towers joined by a single podium structure. The facade is primarily white concrete with orange highlights. There are several uniformly-distribute moveable glass windows on all towers. The upper levels of the podium have horizontal rectangular open-air windows, indicative of parking spaces. The ground floor has glass panels, doors, and windows for retail spaces.
It occupies an entire block enclosed by Ayala Avenue, Gil Puyat Avenue, Malugay Street, and Zuellig Loop. The location is strategic and convenient for those who work in Makati Central Business District. You can reach it using Grab or taxi or by boarding the jeepneys, UV Express vehicles, or buses plying either Ayala Avenue or Gil Puyat Avenue. If you’re using your own car, the entrance to the parking space is along Malugay St. There are also open parking spaces at ground level.
