Taipan Place

Taipan Place is a high-rise building with a typical floor plate of 1,155 square meters and a gross floor area of 23,068 square meters. It was developed by Daiichi Properties and is primarily used for office space.

Designed by W.V. Coscolluela and Associates in the international style, it has an exterior of mostly blue glass panels and gray tiles. The first three floors have a facade of dark marble. The building is a tall cuboid structure with curved protrusion running vertically on the center of the front face. The dark marble and curved protrusion can be found on both its Emerald and Garnet streets frontages. Its frontage width is lesser than its depth.

The Taipan Place stands along Emerald Avenue (also called F. Ortigas Jr. Road) near Julia Vargas Avenue and also has a frontage on Garnet Road. You can reach The Taipan Place using the jeepneys traversing Meralco Avenue by deboarding at Metrowalk or Onyx Road, depending on which side of Meralco Avenue you’re in, and then walking towards it. You can also use Grab, a taxi, or a car. If you’re bringing your own vehicle, the entrance to the building’s parking space is at Garnet Road. You can also use the paid open parking space adjacent to the building.
