Suntree Tower is a low-rise building with a typical floor plate of 736 square meters. Developed by JJACCIS Development Corporation, this building is primarily used for office spaces.
Suntree Tower has a shape of a simple cuboid on top of a shorter but broader rectangular prism. Its exterior has alternating horizontal gray tiles and blue glass panels flanked by cylindrical columns. The ground floor has transparent glass panels for retail and shops.
Standing along Meralco Avenue near Onyx Road, it also has frontage on Sapphire Road. You can reach it using jeepneys traversing Meralco Avenue, usually from Shaw Boulevard or Ortigas Avenue. Alight at Metrowalk or Onyx Road and walk towards Suntree. If you have your own car, you can find the entrance to its parking space on Sapphire Road.
