The Philippine Stock Exchange Tower is a high-rise building located at the northwest corner of 5th Ave. and 28th St. in Taguig. It stands out as a sleek, modern office building, boasting a glass facade that adds to its contemporary look. Designed by Handel Architects, Leandro V Locsin Partners, and GF & Partners Architects, the tower was constructed by Makati Development Corporation and developed by Ayala Land Premier. It has a floor area of 1,800 square meters, with a gross floor area of 41,389 square meters and a gross leasable area of 30,000 square meters. It serves as the new headquarters and unified trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange.

The L-shaped building has an exterior covered mostly with blue glass panels. The top of the building is diagonal, with the letters PSE on the largest part. The upper podium floors below the L-shaped structure have a steel-like facade, with flat-screen monitors displaying the stock market. The ground floor has visible cylindrical pillars, with glass walls in the recess behind these pillars.

The building is strategically located across Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila and opposite the corner from The Fort Strip. To get to the Philippine Stock Exchange Tower, you can take a taxi or Grab. The tower also has parking spaces if you prefer to drive your private vehicle. If you’re coming from more distant parts of Metro Manila, you can use MRT. The closest MRT stations are Guadalupe, Buendia, and Ayala. If coming from MRT Ayala Station, you can reach the tower by boarding a BGC bus from a nearby terminal.
