The Philcom Building is a low-rise building with an almost square shape. Its facade comprises several rectangular glass panels framed by a white concrete structure. It also features trapezoidal protrusions and recesses in some areas. The building offers a leasable space of 610 square meters per floor.
It stands along Paseo De Roxas across the Ayala Triangle Gardens. Jeepneys pass in front of it and it is also within walking distance of Ayala Avenue, where more jeepneys and buses traverse.
