One Corporate Center

One Corporate Center is a skyscraper developed by Amberland Corporation. It has a gross floor area of 117,000 square meters and a typical floor plate of 2,030 square meters. The building is made of concrete and serves as an office and shopping center. It is also registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

Designed by Philip H. Recto Architects, the structure has the shape of a quarter cylinder. Its exterior is covered with blue glass panels of different sizes. Its top appears to be spiraling upward; the side facing Julia Vargas is higher than that facing Meralco Avenue.

Located at the corner of Meralco Ave. and Julia Vargas, with Jade Drive at the rear, you can reach One Corporate Center using the jeepneys traversing Meralco Avenue, with many of them coming from either Ortigas Avenue or Shaw Boulevard. Note that jeepneys usually use the Meralco Avenue flyover to bypass Julia Vargas, so you need to alight either at The Renaissance Centre on one end, or the Metrowalk or Onyx Road on the other end, and then walk towards One Corporate Center. If you are bringing your own car, the entrance to its parking space faces Julia Vargas Avenue.
