Seven Neo

Seven Neo, formerly known as Net Park, is a skyscraper mainly used as office space. It is managed by Neo Property Management and was designed by Oppenheim Architecture + Design and L.A. Poco Architects & Associates.

The skyscraper has a facade of glass windows and strip claddings. These strip claddings are horizontal on two opposite sides and diagonal on the two other sides. The diagonal pattern extends all the way to the top such that the top of the building is a diagonal structure. The lower podium levels, which constitute 1/4 the height of the building, have similar claddings but with steel railings behind them. The shape of the building is that the tower is a tall cuboid structure on top of a short pentagonal prism podium. The pentagon here is really a rectangle with one corner sliced diagonally. The tower is also tilted from the podium and the road it faces. The ground floor has visible columns, and beyond these columns are glass walls.

Seven Neo stands along 5th Avenue, midway between 26th and 28th Street. It has frontages on both 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue. Its other entrance is at the T-junction of 4th Ave. and 27th St. For those who prefer public transportation, Seven Neo is easily accessible through various jeepneys and buses within and on the perimeters of Bonifacio Global City. Private transport is also viable, with several parking spaces in the building and nearby areas.
