Six Neo, formerly known as Net Lima and Net Metropolis Phase 1, is a high-rise building primarily used for office space. The building was developed by The Neo Group using concrete as a structural material. It has a gross floor area of 53,367 square meters and an average floor plate of 2,800 square meters.
Designed by architect Chad Oppenheim, six Neo is known for its highly sustainable features and modern aesthetics. Its shape can be described as a tall rectangular prism on top of a shorter but broader cuboid. It has a facade made of glass panels with strip claddings covering some of these panels at specific intervals. These claddings are horizontal on the side with longer width and diagonal on the side with shorter width. The podium (the broader and shorter cuboid) has similar claddings but has steel railings instead of glass panels. The ground floor is recessed with visible rectangular columns, and behind these columns are transparent glass walls.
Six Neo is surrounded by the roads 5th Avenue, 26th Street, and 4th Avenue, and the adjacent Seven Neo on its northern side. You can reach Six Neo using the various jeepneys and buses within and on the perimeters of Bonifacio Global City. The BGC Buses have terminals at Market Market and near MRT Ayala Avenue Station. You may ask them which bus stop is closest to Six Neo and which bus route will take you there. You can also use Grab, a taxi, or a private car. If you’re using your own vehicle, the entrance to Six Neo’s parking space is on 4th Ave.
