MRT Ortigas Station

Shown here is the view of EDSA and the MRT Ortigas Station as seen from one of the stairs connecting the MRT station to the pedestrian sidewalk. This so called MRT “Ortigas” Station, I believe, should not have been called Ortigas Station since it is still very far (approximately 400 meters) from Ortigas Avenue. They should have called it MRT ADB Station.

Ortigas Avenue is where the EDSA Shrine and Robinson Galleria are situated, while this MRT Station is much closer to Asian Development Bank(ASB) and SM Megamall; it’s actually in front of ADB.
