MDI Corporate Center is a PEZA-accredited high-rise office building. It is owned by MDI Group Holdings, Inc. and has a typical floor plate of 700 square meters.
The exterior of the MDI Corporate Center is made of dark glass panels except for the lower retail floors, where the glass is transparent, and the section above the parking entrance, which is covered by horizontal bands of steel. The structure would have been cuboid like most buildings if not for the wavy protrusions and recessions on its wall surface.
The building stands at the corner of 10th Ave. and 39th St., across from St. Michael the Archangel Parish. It is within walking distance from Kalayaan Avenue, where jeepneys regularly pass through.
