Mayfair Tower is a skyscraper located in Manila. It is primarily used for residential purposes and is constructed with concrete. The building offers a modern and comfortable living space for its residents.
The skyscraper, like several other skyscrapers, has floors that can be divided into two parts: the lower podium floors and the higher tower floors. The podium floors have an exterior of beige concrete. In contrast, the upper floors have a white concrete facade with several blue glass windows. On its top is what appears to be a cylindrical structure sliced diagonally. The overall shape of the structure is that of a somewhat thin rectangular prism.
Mayfair Tower stands at the corner of Apolinario Mabini St. and United Nations Avenue, 27 meters from Roxas Boulevard and 500 meters from Taft Avenue. Jeepneys pass through Mabini St. You can also reach Mayfair Tower by walking from LRT UN Avenue Station.
