KPMG Center

KPMG Center is a high-rise office building located in Makati City. It is along the northwest-bound side of Ayala Avenue, midway between Paseo De Roxas and V.A. Rufino St. It is made mostly of a white concrete structure. Its two lowest floors are recessed with Corinthian columns in front of them that extends from the ground to the next higher level. The stories above the Greek columns have matrices of rectangular glass windows. The top of the building has a triangular concrete structure akin to a roof.

The building’s location is ideal for businesses and people desiring quick access to the city’s primary transit networks and services. The building is in close proximity to essential thoroughfares, including Ayala Avenue and Paseo De Roxas. It is also a 14-minute walk from the MRT Ayala Station, which provides quick access to the city’s railway.
