Inoza Tower

Inoza Tower is a high-rise building developed by Inoza Properties Inc. It is a Grade A headquarter building that offers a modern and comfortable working environment for businesses. The building has a typical floor plate of 1000 square meters and is used for office and retail purposes.

The glass-covered building was meticulously designed by WTA Architecture and Design Studios. It can be divided into two parts: the podium and the upper floors. The podium, which is made up of the first seven floors, has a larger area, a gray concrete firewall on the side, and open-air windows in front. The upper floors, covered with glass panels, are recessed on all sides compared to the podium, making them look like a smaller building on top of the larger structure. The top two floors are also recessed from the front.

Located on the northern part of the Bonifacio Global City, it stands on a block surrounded by 10th Ave., 11th Ave., 39th St., and 40th St. It has frontages on 39th and 40th streets. You can travel to Inoza Tower by car or public transportation. It is within walking distance from Kalayaan Avenue, where jeepneys and UV Express vehicles regularly pass through.
