Grand Boulevard Hotel

Photo of Grand Boulevard Hotel as taken from Raja Sulayman Park in Malate, Manila. As I search for information about this hotel, Google seems to indicate that its complete name is Grand Boulevard Hotel Sofitel, but there is a separate Hotel Sofitel in Pasay. I’m not sure if they are under the same owner, sister companies or branches of the same hotel brand, or perhaps an entirely different hotel. This hotel does not seem to have an official website.
