Department of Finance and Central Bank buildings

We can see in this picture are the buildings of Central Bank of the Philippines (taller) and the Department of Finance (lower). The Central Bank of the Philippines is actually a large complex with several buildings in its compound, with the Department of Finance also within the same compound. The complex is situated along Roxas Boulevard. It is also facing A. Mabini St. on the other side. This picture was taken from ASEAN Garden on the opposite side of Roxas Boulevard.
