Bonifacio Global City

The Bonifacio Global City is a 240-hectare business district developed from a portion of Fort Bonifacio (the headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines) by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation with the backing of Bases Conversion Development Authority, Ayala Land Inc. and Evergreen Holdings, Inc. during the Ramos administration.

Situated between Forbes Park and Carlos P. Garcia Avenue (C5), Bonifacio Global City falls under the jurisdiction of Taguig City. The entire area has zip code of 1634.

There are three gateways by which commuters can enter Bonifacio Global City. In each gateway, there is a bus stop; the buses here travels to different parts of Bonifacio Global City.

  1. EDSA-Ayala Bus Terminal: situated in McKinley Exchange Corporate at the corner of McKinley Road and EDSA near MRT Ayala Station.
  2. Market Market Terminal: situated on the easternmost boundary of Bonifacio Global City and adjacent to Carlos P. Garcia Avenue (C5).
  3. North Station: situated at Gate 1 along Kalayaan Avenue, the northernmost boundary of Bonifacio Global City.

For now, this entry will cover only the EDSA-Ayala and Market! Market! terminals. I still haven’t personally tried coming from the North Station (I saw the area where it should be but I didn’t see any bus or queue of passengers) and the internet so far has provided me with information that are contradictory or apparently with missing steps; this includes the official website.
