Bel-Air Village and Makati City Hall

View overlooking Bel Air Village and San Miguel Village, two neighboring exclusive villages in Makati City separated only by Kalayaan Avenue. Bel-Air is the one closer (lower part of the picture) while San Miguel are those homes besides what appears to be a large vacant land (former location of International School and future site of Century City, Knightsbridge and Gramercy Residences). The tall building that stands-out is the Makati City Hall. This photo was taken from Pacific Star Building, but I couldn’t recall if it’s from the 7th floor or from the 21st floor.
