BDO Equitable Tower is a high-rise building in Makati Central Business District. Formerly known as the Equitable Bank Tower, it is primarily used for office spaces. The building boasts a typical floor plate of 1,295 square meters and a gross leasable area of 37,400 square meters.
Designed by Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners, this international-style building has an exterior covered entirely in glass, but the underlying concrete and steel structures are still visible. A vertical rectangular section that covers half of the frontage protrudes slightly, giving the building an L-shaped cross-sectional area. However, it’s actually a T-shaped cross-section because there is a similar protrusion on the back of the building.
Standing along Paseo De Roxas on the side opposite Ayala Triangle Gardens, midway between Sedeño and Villar streets, you can go to BDO Equitable Tower using the jeepneys and buses traversing Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas.
