Antel Global Corporate Center

Antel Global Corporate Center is a high-rise building located in Ortigas. It’s made of concrete and is primarily used for office space. The building has a typical floor plate of 1,220 square meters and a gross leasable area of 33,850 square meters.

The building is a tall rectangular prism with two distinct sections: podium and tower. Approximately one-fourth of its height is the podium with a facade of teal concrete. The front of the podium has several rectangular recesses where windows can be found. At the same time, the side is a solid wall like a firewall. The levels above the podium constitute the tower, with an exterior of teal glass panels that can be opened from the inside. The roof deck of the building has walls surrounded by concrete similar to the podium in front and sides. The front-to-back distance of the building is greater than the width of its frontage.

Antel Global Corporate Center stands along Julia Vargas Ave. between its T-junctions with Sapphire and Garnet roads. It also has a frontage to Jade Drive. To get to Antel Global Corporate Center, you can take a jeepney that travels along Meralco Avenue, originating from either Shaw Boulevard or Ortigas Avenue. Jeepneys typically traverse the Meralco Avenue flyover to skip Julia Vargas Avenue. If you’re on the jeepney, disembark at The Renaissance Centre or Metrowalk / Onyx Road and walk towards Antel Global Corporate Center. If you’re driving, the parking entrance is located on Jade Drive.
