The Citystate Centre is a high-rise building. Its facade is mostly gray concrete with matrix of glass windows in front and on the side. The windows near the corners have black tinted glasses and those along the middle have green glasses. The structure has recess at the corners on the top two floors. The front of the building facing the road has its lower floors covered in red marble tiles. All windows on these lower floors are green glasses. Also on the front from the top floor with brown marble tiles up to second to the top floor, there is a continuous protrusion made of green glass panels with no visible concrete structure in between.
